Sixteen years ago, Congress passed the National Moment of Remembrance Act, which called on the American people to unite each Memorial Day in "commemorative events… to reclaim Memorial Day as the sacred and noble event that the day is intended to be."

In support of this Act, and in alignment with our organizational mission, we call on the entire Run To Honor family to run your own personal Run To Honor on May 30th, 2016.

Wherever you are in the world – on the deck of a destroyer in the Pacific, on deployment in Afghanistan, or preparing for a cookout with family and friends in California – go for an Honor Run this Memorial Day. Run alone or with a group; run one or five or fifteen miles. Run for the memory of our fallen brothers and sisters.

Take a photo and then post it to Instagram with the #RunToHonor hashtag; it will be automatically displayed below. You can also post to our Facebook or email it to Dave Richardson ’95. Don't forget to include your name, whom you Run To Honor, and your location.

Let's come together to support our fallen heroes and their families on this most sacred of days, and to show that we will never forget.
